I posted the review in 2020. This year (2022) they didn’t show up and have not responded in any way. Very sorry for that. They really were good. Taking down my high recommendation as they have left me with no yard people this year. Not a real good long term business approach. There are only a handful of companies I have ever written a review for. That's because there are very few companies focused on customer service, value and quality all rolled up in one. Good management and fun to work at.
JET charged over 800 to do lawn clean up on a small lot because they charged per item instead of for the overall project, and then refused to work with the management company that hired them to correct the bill.
I have used JET's service for 3 years now, and have never had a complaint. They are not expensive, and provide many services. Mowing, leaf clean up, gutter cleaning, and other yard matiance needs. Great service would recommend.
