We work with them because the saleswoman, Belkis, is absolutely lovely—very attentive and always willing to help. At the beginning of our relationship, we had a few minor issues, but they took the time and effort to resolve them, and they made it work. Things aren’t always perfect, but when you work with a team as responsible and client-focused as they are, the results are much better. If you need to buy in small volumes, there’s a guy named Connor who is charming and clearly loves what he does. A solid family business.
