Yesterday the buyer for my sellers house got declined from another mortgage company . We were in jeopardy of losing multiple transactions . I am writing to thank Joe Knoth of Jet Direct mortgage. The house I was repping a seller on almost went out of contract because of a big delay in clearing the loan to close. Joe stepped in (during after-hours by the way) and the loan was cleared the next business morning.
