This company is such scam. I don't know who they have writing their reviews. When I first signed up with Connor things were great. Then after I was signed up, it was impossible to speak to anyone. I would schedule meetings and they would just not show up. Eventually, I terminated my contract and it has been over a year. Well, I just got a charge from them last month. Tried to resolve with them directly and was told they would refund it within 14 days. Well, they haven't so I'm reporting them to BBB for fraud as I should.

Can't leave a 0/5 stars, so I guess 1/5 it is. Terrible company. Over charged me for 8 months and wouldn't refund me for it. Promised I could keep my website when we parted ways, and that is true, but didn't tell me they would store it all off site in their own servers and it would crash the minute they pulled it. Oh and I would have to hire a developer to migrate it from a zip file. They ignore emails, they ignore text messaging. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

We’ve only worked with Jet Digital for a couple of months. In the beginning, everything seemed great — Connor, our original contact, was fantastic: responsive, professional, and easy to reach. Unfortunately, after he left Jet Digital (and now I understand why), everything went downhill fast. I was not able to contact anyone on jetdigital to correct the misunderstanding we had about our contract . They would not reply to my emails but kept charging my card. Had to place a stop payment

This company is easy to work with and quick turnaround time. Been working with Jess for website edits and google ads. Hire this company if you want to manage your practice better.
