I used Jet to build a 500 sqft casita. This process can be arduous considering the drafting, permit process and the hiring of subcontractors. Jet made this operation was made easy using the expertise of Jet. They took my ideas and turned them into reality. I worked with Alex who would hear my additions or concerns and address them immediately. Jennifer (in office staff) communicates quickly and explains the business information.
Managed and built a 2 bedroom, detached casita. Purchased a home and wanted to convert the detached garage into a full 2- bedroom home for in-laws. Jennifer and Jet Development were communicative, reasonably priced, on time, and fixed all of our permitting issues created by the external architect. We began our home project journey in June 2023 when we obtained many estimates from various construction companies throughout LV. We decided to extend our living room and turn the patio into our living space which would add 190 ft.². We contracted with Jet Development/Tucker Construction this year to build a 600 sf casita. It is now completed and we are quite pleased with the building. The entire process was headache free thanks to Jennifer and Arnaldo. This team listened to our requirements and then arranged for all materials, subs, inspections, cleanup, demo, grading, etc. The most important thing was that we were always informed of who was coming to do the work and when.
