I usually love this coffee shop, so I was disappointed by my experience today. They were clearly backed up, so I understand mistakes happening, but the customer service felt noticeably unfriendly. My drink was initially given to another customer, and when I politely asked for a fresh one, I felt like I was inconveniencing the employee. The replacement also wasn’t made correctly, although the employee inside fixed it for me. Hopefully was just an off day!
I grab jet at least once a day, visiting the Johnson location several times a week. I’m always helped by smiling employees that are knowledgeable and diligent. There are several that go above and beyond but I want to shoutout Lauren specifically. She remembers my order(s), suggests what could make it better, and is overall a great vibe. Thank you Lauren and Jet for being a safe space.
Valerie is the best barista in Lafayette! Sorry to see her leave.
