I'm on my third Jet trailer. Why three? Because the first two had such worthless paint jobs I sent them back! The last one was better but now the paint is falling off it as well. Anti-lock brakes have never worked and Fleet Maintenance can't figure out why. Now I need parts and my dealer has dropped them. Got on Jet's website and there is NO option for finding closest dealer. Will never buy a Jet product again.
Very disappointed in the quality of service!! Ordered a sight window for our hopper bottom. Part no. DD1025 weatherstrip/DD1023 sight window. Was told these are the same for all years of Jet hopper bottoms by there salesman. Installed, and window would just pop out. We have corn contracts to fill. Called Jet back and talked with Mark several different times within a week. He requested pictures which we sent same day on Aug. 5, 2024 and Mark said he would get back with me. We bought our Jet 40’ hopper bottom March of 2018 from Robert Wittenebal truck equipment out of Nassau, MN. We have been nothing but impressed. One of my favorite features on the trailer is the rounded hoppers, it doesn’t matter how much graphite paint you spray in the other guys trailer your still going to have corn along the edge. I would buy another jet trailer in a heartbeat if we had the need for another one at the moment. Sincerely, a happy jet customer
