Went to Jet for the first time back in October 2010, as a reccomendation from a friend. Big store, nice, different than most cleaners, but was guardedly optomistic. Was really happy with the job. My blouses and slacks were pressed nicely, and a tomato sauce stain came out the blouse. The next few visits were equally satifactory. Needed a suit and tie for an interview and got same day service, All items were cleaned and pressed well. Tie had a major stain and they got it out...surprising. Easy parking and they take american express.

Jet Cleaners is one of those wonderful, family-owned, neighborhood businesses that makes New Haven feel like a small town. The staff is friendly and knows their regular customers by name; my weekly drop-off and pick-up of cleaning is a pleasant experience. Most importantly, they are good at what they do - dry cleaning, laundering shirts, and tailoring - and are reliable about having clothes ready when promised. I've had them clean everything from suede jackets to oriental rugs.

I brought Jet Cleaners my off-white North Face down jacket for cleaning on the advice of my friend. This coat was a filthy mess. I just picked it up yesterday and was amazed how clean it was. Thank you...you guys are awesome :)

New service for Jet...super convenient. They come by my house twice weekly. I just leave a bag at the front door. Monthly billing to a card. Dry Cleaning has never been easier!!

I have been using Jet since the summer and have had steady, consistent cleaning. The customer service is excellent and I have recommended them to friends and family. Nice to see a old school family business that still remembers its roots.

I knew I was missing some pants so I went to Jet and asked them if they had anything of mine. They checked the computer system, but I had no orders outstanding. The clerk offered to look further into my history, and sure enough, found an order of clothes from April that the computer showed were picked up. She took the time to look at each historical order and walked back and forth from the rack to the computer until she found them. What effort and customer service!!! I have been going to Jet for the past 7 years, ever since I started at Yale. They are quick and efficient. Love the Yale discount, which brought me too them in the first place. I find my self there on Sunday, which is great because I am busy during the week. Never had a problem...the one time stains were not removed, the owner..Mike (I think) took my jacket to the back and removed the spot while I waited. Where can you find such customer service?...at Jet Cleaners.
