I bought my first car in 20 years this past Jaunary at Jet Chevrolet in ***********. The night I bought it they kept it over night because the service **** didn't have time to look at my headlights because they seemed to be foggy looking to me. We were set to purchase a 2017 VW GOLF ALLTRACK wagon from ********* last weekend. My experience with the service department at Jet Chevrolet was horrible. No communication, no service, and being lied too. I had a transmission problem and had the car towed there. The service rep was someone named ******* who was usually unavailable whenever i called, and never returned any of my calls. I was told by *******, one of the few times that i actually talked to her that the part had been ordered and received and that they would be bringing the car inside to see about putting it together, this was on may 17th 22. ... read more

Worst experience ever. They did not fix my car it took 3 weeks to get it back. Then it Broke down a few days later. They did not fix the problem. I Was told they over charged me when i spoke to a mechanic from different company. Never called me with updates i had to keep calling them and they would tell me in few days it would be ready 3 weeks later got the car back that was not fixed correctly. I did a review with ****** and they lied about everything with there response back. Untrustworthy company.

I had the worst experience ever. Phillip is why Salesmen have a bad rap. I bought a 2014 Corvette. I paid $12,000 more than they paid when they bought the trade in. My bad. The Corvette makes a horrible noise when I turn sharp and slow. They said if they replace the rear differential fluid it would fix the problem. It was worse after they changed the fluid. Phillip tried to avoid me test driving it and now I know why. If I new of the problems I would never have bought it. I bought a lemon. He also said he could get me access... read more
