I usually like this car wash and have been coming here regularly. However, after my last wash, I noticed paint damage and scratches on my front bumper that were not there before. I’m not sure what could have caused it, but it appeared immediately after the wash. I wanted to mention this in case management could look into it or reach out. Overall service is good, just disappointed with this situation. I’m hoping we can discuss possible options regarding the repair.
