Unlimited Car wash package is great and you can goto any Jet Brite to get the wash.
Abraham's customer service is excellent . He helped me with 2 separate issues I was.havibg on my end . Helped me with picking out the best wash for my monthly service . And I'm pleased withy experience with customer service amd my wash .
JetBright needs to fix their member line system. I pay for a monthly membership, but there’s no advantage when the "Jet Pass" line is slower than the others and non-members are using it. I’ve been sitting here for 45 minutes while other lines move faster. What’s the point of paying for this if there’s no benefit? Total BS.
Always a line. Stop overselling memberships and only sell what can be reasonably serviced.
