I went to have my car and front windshield tinted; however, they informed me that they could not tint my windshield due to a small crack and advised me to contact them via email for a refund. Over a month has passed, involving numerous emails and phone calls, and now their customer service team is no longer responding to my emails, and I still have not received my refund.

Great customer service
The owner and workers of this shop were very irresponsible. Before the film was put on, I specially reminded that the transmitter on the windshield was very important and could not be dismantled or thrown away. However, they not only threw it away to me, but also denied it by all means and shamelessly told me to put it in the glove. There is also the quality of their film generally unreasonable price.
