Extremely frustrating experience with Jet Black Tint. What they advertise and what they actually honor are two very different things. I originally contacted them about their $399 full-vehicle tint promotion, which clearly states it includes the windshield and up to seven windows. Not recommended
Got the instagram $99 special for 5 windows, and tried to tint a passanger van. They only tinted one window, and did it horribly. Also they also stated that their “Galaxie” tint was ceramic, after a bit a research it’s partially ceramic(via Reddit) and it’s not labeled as ceramic on Solargard’s website.
I made an appointment. The person who answered the phone said $99 for all the windows except the windshield. I drove more than an hour and when I got to the place they wanted to charge me $200 more horrible place and more service.
made an appointment with the understanding all windows were included in the special. drove over 1 hour to make our appointment and when we got there was told 4 of the windows were not included and would be an additional $200. we left. False advertisement. false information given over the phone.
