Worst airline. No notification for flights delay, 2 hrs delayed with 3 subsequent changes in several stages. It’s just a domestic flight of 1hr 30mins from SYD to MEL but the delay time is even longer than the flight time. Besides, their service is even the worst, they’re quite impolite when it comes to customer service. DISAPPOINTED TOURIST.
