Quiet and unassuming. As every where in Reno, renovations are taking place in vacated units. Rents are skyrocketing ! I can't even guess anymore. except for up. up up: Gol bless everyone! 🌹
Management is nice but the apartments are terrible. Paper thin walls...I can hear my neighbors fart. 1 boiler for the entire building, so if you want to shower before or after work you can’t a lot of the time. Lots of coming and going late at night. Parking rules not enforced, one person staying there has 3 vehicles and 2 they don’t use and another has 2 vehicles 1 of which doesn’t work. Friends of people who live there take up spaces at all hours as well.

This is a great place to live. Past reviews do not apply since the building is under different ownership/ management.
