Do not use this plumbing company, built a brand new house ant quality of the plumbing was inadequate. When I tried to reach out to get repairs they never showed up for the repairs, even though it was under warranty. Please beware and to not use them.
I have had work done from this company before twice so was happy to call again. He has never called back. My husband called, texted, and left messages with receptionist. Why not call back and say you are too busy. I dont understand blowing off a repeat customer. Very unprofessional.
Neil did work on my house right before I bought it. 16 months later, we are seeing a leak in the same place. I called two days ago and his receptionist said she would give him my message and he would call back. I called his mobile and his voicemail message says to text, so I have also texted him. If I could leave no stars I would. Called for a simple faucet replacement, got an unprofessional, sad excuse for a plumber. All of my belongings were strewn around my bathroom -which, I understand, needed to happen for Mr. Metoyer to address the problem. I ended up having to clean up hardware left behind, with no apparent attempts to clean his mess, and a half-assed installed faucet. "Jesus" is right.
