His wife is rude and unprofessional, and should not be working for him. Poor dr ucol. If only he had chosen a classy wife...
This doctors staff is so rude that it is not worth it to bother with this doctor! Find someone else, they charge outrageous prices if you dont have insurance and blame their bad behavior on the fact that they are overbooked!
In the beginning Dr. Ucols office provided excellent service. However, after a year we started having problems. Dr. Ucol is a very nice man and a good physician. However, his wife, who works in his office, is very rude. She does not allow Dr. Ucol to return patient phone calls. She is the only one you can talk to, even though she has never seen my children for an medical conditions. If Dr. Ucols wife did not work in the office, I would stay a patient. The care i received from Dr Ucol has been exceptional. My daughter was born six weeks early and he did everything possible to help her survive. The office visits i have had have always been speedy, courteous, and very pleasant. In most cases the day i call to make an appointment is the day we get an appointment. Most office visits have only lasted less than an hour and the longest one I think was around an hour and a half.
