I received clear and detailed information from all the staff who guided me through the various steps: I found them kind and professional. Dr. Ozuna proved to be attentive and responsive to my health concerns and meticulously planned all the necessary future checkups. He even drew little drawings to simplify the explanation of certain concepts, and I greatly appreciated his helpfulness. All my family members will have Dr. Ozuna, and for the excellent experience I had, I highly recommend him!
