I heard about a lot of problems and long wait times, but decided to try them again for replacing the exhaust on my King Ranch based on a referral from a friend. Come in as polite as could be and asked the manager for an estimate. 1 person in the waiting room and he wouldn't even look at it. Brought in my car for a 3:45 appointment to balance my tires, was told at 4:45 that they would not be able to get it done today. wtf?
