Spoke with Jesula, whom told me to come in for an appointment today at 6pm and get business was closed, called, texted with no response. Additionally I called her about this appointment let her know I have a flight Tuesday 7/7 in the am. She told me yes come in for the appointment today 7/6 at 6pm. And she wasn’t there. Highly unprofessional, use her at your own risk.

If you like your hair DO NOT come here. She is extremely unprofessional… was late for my first retwist and questioned me for leaving after calling and texting. There was no one else available so I came back and the retwist was average at best. For the second appointment she never even showed up and got mad that I booked it the night before saying she was “asleep”… she texted me back 5 minutes before I booked. I booked an appointment with her for the first time and she texted me at 3:33pm asking me to come in at 5pm instead….. my appointment was scheduled for 4pm.. I thought that was very unprofessional especially because I am a first time client.. not only that but it was such short notice. She did cancel my appointment when I asked her to.. that’s one good thing I can say.
