***DO NOT USE THIS VET*** Took my cat for x-rays and a check up on a breast mass. When I get home I notice her whole hindside is wet. Thought she may have uninated in her carrier but it was dry. She then vomited, pooped, and unrinted multiple times over the next 3 hrs. Nearly took her to emergency !! Couldn't call the vet since they were closed. One of the Finest Vet Clinics in Houston. I have been taking my pets to veterinarians in Harris County over 47 years of my adult life. That being said I have had more than 7 veterinarians and clinics I have encountered. I left a vet 4 years ago after a misunderstanding and found Dr. Allison Dees who now is an associate with Dr. Burda at Jester Plaza. I followed Dr. Dees here a few months ago. I have been bringing my cats to Dr. Burda since he took over this clinic many years ago. On more than one occasion, Dr. Burda has gone above and beyond what is necessary to spend time with me discussing medical issues I have had to contend with over the years. Most notable are 2 cats that ultimately succumbed to kidney failure. Dr. Burda counseled me regarding various options for them, and did not try to persuade me to pursue further expensive treatment when the situation was hopeless. My Jack Russell had cancer, and Dr. Burda recently performed surgery on him. Yeah! Dr. Burda did a great job, and now Sunshine is free of cancer. Yes, he has ten stitches, but he's back to being his playful self. I took Sunshine in for his annual checkup the other day. He's doing great, and the friendly, helpful staff had me in and out of the office in a short time.
Jester Plaza has cared for my pets for nearly 25 years. The doctors and staff know all my animal friends by name. Yesterday I took in my older cat who was limping terribly, and in less than an hour Dr. Burda had shown me the X-rays that showed arthritis, and had started my cat on medication. An hour after that, my cat was walking normally and appeared to be pain-free. Thank you doctors and staff.

I visited May 30th,2014 for a friends cat. Her name is Baby Girl Olle, She has been going to this clinic for many years and is very satisfied with Dr. Burda and his staff. I was treated very well, and Dr. Burda took his time to answer all questions, etc. She is a senior cat, belongs to a senior citizen also, and this cat means everything to her!! We have two dogs that are fondly cared for by the staff at the Jester Plaza Veterinary Clinic. We are very happy with the attention that both the doctors, Burda and Shaver, and their wonderful support staff give our pets. We highly recommend them.
The staff at TC Jester Plaza Veterinary Clinic are always warm and welcoming to my two dogs!! I feel like part of the family here in the way they talk to me and treat my doggies. We love our vet visits (and the dogs love all the treat handouts they get) I reccomend this vet office to EVERYONE!
