I went in today with my sister we were walk ins they sent us with a really nice lady and at first I was hopeful as I notice they were booked so I took that as a good sign( never again) the lady that did my nails was so ruff , filed my nails almost every 5 seconds mind you the shape was still somehow wrong I asked for square French tips, the tips are uneven and the polish is streaky she drilled my nail so hard and laughed when I flinched.
