Updated Review: I have valid dental insurance and successfully booked another appointment today using the same coverage. I also completed the intake forms online, yet none of my information was retained. The office was disorganized. dismissive, and handled the situation unprofessionally. Their public reply misrepresented what actually occurred. Poor communication and unpleasant customer service. Would NOT recommend.
Doesn't pick up the phone and rude
I greatly appreciate Dr.Koshy, I took another chance on going to a dentist because the last 2turned me down. I have one of the worst issues with my mouth because I use to suck my thumb, I had rotten teeth….just a mess. But Dr. Koshy examined me and I thought she was going to turn me down…but she didn’t! She told me what needed to be done and I now have a healthy mouth, starting my Invisalign journey and the smile on her face while watching my journey is just breathtaking. Went in for an appointment scheduled for a general cleaning and immediately was met by her, Dr. Koshy at the reception desk. She had a very condescending attitude and demeanor. It was very unbecoming. To the point that I didn’t even care to reschedule my appointment because I didn’t want someone with such a nasty spirit to operate any type of work in my mouth. She should definitely work on her customer service.
The absolute worst dental experience I’ve ever had. “Dr.” Koshy is by far the rudest most disrespectful dentist I’ve ever seen. I went in for a regular cleaning. All she did was my exam, brush my teeth, and spill water from my mouth all over me. She did not floss or seriously clean my teeth. Her customer service skills are terrible.
