My husband and I purchased a new Chevy Silverado 2500HD from Jessup Chevrolet. We took it in to have it detailed a few days after we purchased it. Melissa Gil assisted us during the time that the truck was with their service dept. It had to be worked on by two different companies and she handled all of the details for me. Very fine service.
Horrible experience. They did not give me a rental after keeping my car for three days. (I was told a rental for one day wouldn't be covered even though I didn't know how long they were going to end up keeping my car) I constantly kept getting sent straight to voicemail whenever I would call for a simple update on my car. I had to go in person the next day just to be told to wait for an hour and be told they hadn't even looked at it yet. And when I did get an answer they said it would be done the next day.
