Frank was very helpful and accommodating. I needed some cosmetic work done on my Envista and Frank was able to schedule the work at times convenient for me. The Jessup Auto Body team was very professional and did a great job with my car. The cost to replace one panel was quite reasonable. I'm very happy with my experience at Jessup.
Excellent service. My Xt4 was re-ended by another driver while I was at a traffic light stopped. Housabsa ofnsollars of damage. Thank goodness he was insured although he probably should not be driving 😇😇. Frank at Cadillac Autobody made the entire repair process rental car process etc seamless and stayed in touch with me through the 4-5 weeks they had my car. I had a pleasure to have Amanda as my collision specialist since I had a claim thru my car insurance they worked on two claims I had. the whole team that was behind her really did a great job on my car from the paint and detail and time they put in it. it was a smooth and easy process. I can definitely recommend this auto body shop to anyone.
