Frank Hoover helped me with my 2000 Escalade which I bought new from Jessup. The driver side door appeared to need adjustment but it was only the gasket that was causing the problem. Frank had me on my way in 5 minutes. Fantastic

I took my car there for insurance repair almost a month into it. I was called because they cannot locate hood for my vehicle.. I had to order a hood and have it sent to them because their parts department cannot locate one for my vehicle. Then, when I picked up my vehicle, the vehicle had no gas in it. The gas light was on.
