We live out of state and were looking for a very specific 2024 vehicle. Jessup Auto Plaza had one of a few that were for sale throughout the country. I called to inquire about it and was quickly transferred to Preston. He was able to answer all my questions, and he quickly sent pictures and a video of the vehicle. We had been shopping around for 3 days looking for a truck with many different dealerships. We got to jessup and Stephanie was super helpful and got us over to Jesus to help us out. He was very friendly, great at communicating and got us exactly what we wanted. Everyone there was extremely nice and personable. Would definitely recommend them!
Customer service was great and fast. There was a good coffee station and books to read in the lounge.
I actually had an enjoyable experience at this dealership the other day. My salesman, David S, took time to hear my situation and guide me through the process. I felt I was well taken care of because of him. Thanks David. Furthermore, the trade-in value I got was more than fair. With all these factors, I decided to do business here. I forgot to mention this was the third dealership I visited that day too. I’ll be back for future car needs!
Finally hit my 20th birthday and celebrated it with a brand new truck, thanks to Kevin who turned my “I’m just looking” into a “thanks for the new truck” he had great product knowledge and was able to find the perfect vehicle for my needs and was within my budget I cannot recommend him enough, if you’re going to jessup, go with Kevin! He’s got a great path ahead if he continues this way, incoming salesman of the year
