I’m giving this a 5 star because of the service manager Ron. I had a pretty unpleasant experience with my service advisor Sean but due to the professional and dedicated commitment to customer service, Ron was able to remedy the situation and I was able to walk away a satisfied customer. He specifically went out of his way to pull every means at his disposal and didn’t disappoint. I feel like customer service is just a phrase these days but Ron reminded me it does still exist.
Spencer was a great help and very informative!!!
Joe did a great job job explaining every detail of the car.
