Dr. Lu os a personable, caring, brilliant physician. I searched till I found her rating, qualifications and education. I picked her because i wanted better for my health. I had graves years ago and removal of my thyroid. Several did not help because they did not understand the synthroid issues. I also now have diabetes. I have had better results with this in 30 years. She is upbeat and listens. I feel important to her. She is the best gift i have had for my health. Wonderful!

I wish I could write a review about Dr Lu. Unfortunately I could never make an appointment with her because of the incompetent people at the front desk. Called several times to check if they received the referral from my primary care but they kept saying that they I need to wait for them to process it and after one week they say I should ask for it to be sent again. And while I was very respectfully telling her that this is my 5th call to them the lady hung up on me!!! Feel sorry for the doctor. Just leaving this review so t... read more
Dr. Lu made me feel very comfortable meeting her for the first time and was very easy to talk to. I’m so glad that she will be my new endocrinologist. She is exactly the type of person and personality I want in a doctor who is taking care of me. I’m looking forward to my visits with her and feel very confident that I’m in good hands.
