Dr. Albert lacks compassion and empathy. She may be book smart, but she is to by the book not very personable making no accommodations for elderly putting them in the furthest room and highest exam table, with long unnecessary journeys jumping through hoops to x out any text book possibilities never taking the consideration of what her patients true needs are! Inperson visits only no matter if the patient has a possible broken hip, just to send them away for another visit somewhere else to get imaging done for real answers! ... read more
Dr Jessita is caring and took the time to get to know me. She showed genuine concern for me
I have seen Jessita twice now and I have truly been treated like just another chart passing across her desk. She didn’t spend time reviewing my chart prior to either of our appointments and even went so far as to say “nice to meet you” at the end of our second appointment. Our second appointment began with her stating “just give me one minute” while she logged onto the computer and charted on a previous patient.
