They definitely don't provide drug free safe environments. There housing is in the worst neighborhoods and the upkeep is definitely lacking. If a person complains they have no problem with doing such things as falsifying u.a.s Hopefully someday soon they'll be exposed. I read someone's post saying that he'd rather live in a tent. I definitely agree.
First of all, Do not believe any of the positive reviews of this place. These houses are absolute dumps. Here is a list of all my problems with this place. I lived mostly at the one on kalas street. •There was only one smoke detector in the house (illegal). The funny thing is that a client was the one who bought it, there wasn't even 1 at first. •The basement had 3 beds separated by curtains, one of the beds was blocking the fire escape (illegal) •Employees of the housing unit would barge in without knocking, wanting a urine... read more

This place is seriously scamming people and the government, the owners shady, and so are all the employees working. They say there trying to help people but they are scamming people and craming people into places for own financial gain and lining their pockets. This place seriously needs to be investigated.
This place is a joke! The only thing they are worried about is when and how they get their money!! I was 1 of four grown men crammed into a small 2 bedroom apartment that was gross when we got there. They charged $ 475.00 per person for a dump that was made for 2 people. Did I mention the house manager? strung out on pills half the time! Just hope you don't have a hot spell this summer because they owner will come over and turn your ac down then give you some b.s. story about the electric rates keep going up.
