Very friendly attentive staff . Great first time experience !
They always fit me in, and do a great job with my chosen designs. Kelly is very good with the more intricate designs and colourings, so go to her if you have any photos you’d like recreated! Very professional, polite, friendly staff - and the space is clean and organized. Recommend!
I would never recommend this place to anyone. I only came here out of desperation due to my regular spot being booked and the experience was very disappointing. There was absolutely no customer service — the staff either talked amongst themselves, sat in silence, or were on their phones the entire time scrolling. No effort was made to be welcoming or engage in any conversation. I understand there are language barriers sometimes but this was not the case here. My nails look absolutely amazing, the one male did them, he was gentle and took his time and I gave him a tip of 20% I used my card to pay and I tried tapping it didint work 2 times. When it did work the one lady said it declined. But in my bank statements it said -85 from Jessica's nail spa. It took an extra 20 minutes to leave. Because they wouldnt let me leave when it was clear it was paid for. They then asked for my phone number "incase they needed me" when my payment went through.
I really like my new nails . And the one who done my nails is such a perfectionist .
