They always fit me in, and do a great job with my chosen designs. Kelly is very good with the more intricate designs and colourings, so go to her if you have any photos you’d like recreated! Very professional, polite, friendly staff - and the space is clean and organized. Recommend!
I would never recommend this place to anyone. I only came here out of desperation due to my regular spot being booked and the experience was very disappointing. There was absolutely no customer service — the staff either talked amongst themselves, sat in silence, or were on their phones the entire time scrolling. No effort was made to be welcoming or engage in any conversation. I understand there are language barriers sometimes but this was not the case here.
