I recently visited for the first time, and I’m very disappointed with the service. While I understand there can sometimes be communication barriers, I specifically requested a manicure with shellac. However, the staff skipped the manicure entirely and simply started painting my nails. The person doing my nails was unprofessional—she kept forgetting to work on one finger, and only applied two coats. To make matters worse, the shellac started peeling off within an hour of leaving.
