Jessica is absolutely awesome! She is honest and professional, trying to explain to me why the haircut that I wanted wouldn't fit my face shape. We agreed on an alternative and it worked out perfect! Highly recommend her and I will definitely go back for my future haircuts. Just noticed a review by someone talking about her being white and racist. I think this person got the wrong salon to review. Jessica is Chinese, not white. Anyway, really appreciate Jessica's help! Ten stars out of five!
I've been coming to Jessica for almost two years. She remembers her customers well and is really friendly. Lots of UBC students come to her for haircut.
Was recommended to her by my friends and she’ll so nice and fixed my bangs and overall hair cut after a previous stylist from a different salon messed up. She was also very nice and was very sweet to talk to!
