Overall office staff is incompetent and very rude. We were charged a office visit for what should have been a video visit but it was only a 5 min phone conversation with no answers. We were charged for 2 five min phone calls on 2 occasions. We went in for hip pain and was told he was getting older and it was just arthritis. Turned out to be BONE CANCER so I wouldn't recommend anyone to this office. Jessica young is wonderful. I have so much confidence in her.
Maureen needs to be fired. She’s rude and laughs in the faces of patients. I came in for blood thinners and she refused to let me see the doctor after waiting 3.5 weeks for an appointment. The receptionist Jessica lacks class and customer service skills as well. I don’t think anything is funny about pulmonary embolisms or dvt. If you actually need a good doctor don’t come here because the office staff are so unprofessional and rude !!!!!!
