Maybe they are trying to be too fancy? Way too much cheese on The Jam, and pieces of my chicken were burnt. My husband’s Cuban was served luke warm, and the cheese wasn’t melted, and it’s supposed to be a panini. They were absolutely understaffed. No one asked us how our meal was or even checked in with us at all after we got our food. Too bad because the place is nice, unique.... but we won’t be back.
