Fast call back, great communication, glad to take my kids there
Dr. Jessica Jones is very kind and friendly. Talks to the kids and parents. She truly listens to understand the medical concerns, and takes your concerns seriously. She even called us personally after the visit, with no nurse intermediary, to share x-ray results herself and explain next steps. That personal touch is rare these days and very much appreciated. We saw Dr. Jones for our 2nd child and received consistent service !
Dr. Jones was wonderful! Our special needs child is usually crying and terribly scared. Dr. Jones was patient and kind which made her feel comfortable enough there was no crying for the first time during visit. We loved her and have finally found a Dr. we will stay with.
Jessica was fantastic with our little one! He warmed right up to her and she made him smile the whole visit.
