Wonderful office. Everyone so considerate and helpful. Jessica Nedom is the best provider I have ever had. I trust her completely in providing the care I need. She always takes time to listen and explains things thoroughly.

I’ve seen Jessica twice, so far. She actually listens to your issues and proceeds accordingly. Very professional and kind, with a great ‘bedside manner’.

I have been seeing Jessica for five years. I switched doctor's offices so that I could continue seeing her - that is how wonderful she is. She is so kind and genuinely cares about my health and well-being. I wish that I could visit with her more often! I appreciate that she wants me to check back in with her to let her know how I am doing. It's so refreshing to have a health care provider who you feel comfortable with and who has your best interest at heart.

Absolutely horrible experience, mostly because of the receptionists. Background: I am a male living with fibromyalgia and severe back pain. A year ago, I moved to Loveland and needed a new doctor. After finishing my prescriptions with my previous doctor, I began to see Dr. Nedom in fall 2015. Dr. Nedom didn't listen very well, and repeatedly asked questions when I'd just told her the answer a minute before. She also did not conduct a thorough physical examination, as I asked for.
