My visit with Dr. Serrano-Rodriguez amazing! I was greeted warmly by her staff and checking in was easy. Dr. Serrano-Rodriguez made me feel comfortable, took the time to get to know me, listened carefully to my responses to her questions, and was so very kind! I never felt rushed or like just another patient. If you are looking for an OB/GYN, you will not be disappointed! My only regret is not finding her sooner!
I had a great experience with the medical staff and Dr Serrano-Rodriguez herself! Very professional, answered every question, allotted enough time in all of my appointments for all questions to be answered and wait times weren’t a factor! Highly recommend!
Great doctor, easy to talk to and actually listens
Dr. Serrano was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to sit down and talk with me, never making me feel rushed or like just another patient. She was warm, personable, and incredibly professional throughout the entire appointment. She made what can often be an uncomfortable or awkward experience feel completely normal and relaxed. I truly appreciated the care and compassion she showed, and I would highly recommend Dr. Serrano to anyone looking for a gynecologist.
