my daughter had her first appointment with this doctor. She is a 25 year old with autoimmune issues that could affect her fertility and will most definitely be a high risk pregnancy patient. We were referred by Dr. Gaddi in this practice that she would address all her concerns. A 5 minute appointment, interrupted and dismissed her every concern. NEVER EXAMINED HER!!!!! Dr. Serrano is very compassionate, knowledgeable, and a caring individual. I love that I found her. The office staff are friendly and professional.
Close to on time. Works and moves a bit too fast. Slow down a bit and spend adequate time with your patients.
