Dr. Heft is great. I highly recommend her. She is sweet, knowledgeable, listens; a great doctor with a great bedside manner. Great experience with UF hospital and Dr. Heft's surgical team. Everything went well, no post op pain, recovery went smoothly.
I am new to Gainesville and needed a new practitioner for my interstitial cystitis. Dr. Heft was incredibly warm and easy to talk to, I did not feel rushed, she made me feel very reassured that we could find answers and work well together. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Heft for your care, even though she takes a minute to get scheduled with. The right doctor is WORTH the wait, and she is excellent!
