She couldn't care less, was very unprofessional, and seems unknowledgeable. I’m completely speechless about my experience. Highly do not recommend.
Please read all the negative comments as they are definitely true!!!! If you value your health and time, run, don’t even walk—away from Dr. Jessica S. Chong. She was unprofessional, showed clear discrimination, she is not even knowledgeable at all. If you care about your health a little bit, shouldn't go there. Additionally, I took a day off to see her and got nothing—my time was completely wasted. I strongly advise seeking care elsewhere.
Today was my second visit at this Drs office and it was very disappointing. I don’t think I have ever been treated with such little regards. My first time about 6 mo ago I went from a referral from my primary Dr. for a bad callous causing a lot of pain. The doctor was very friendly and chatty even. She took care of the callous and wanted me to have a follow up appointment not sure why. Very clean and friendly staff. My toe nail was removered painless very professionaly done. Highly recommend
