Very displeased with the service in regards to having toenail fungus. That's clearly there and being told that I don't have any because they refuse to provide me with the oral medication. Being told that I need to go to a Dermatologist because it's trauma to my nail which I think I would know if I had something fall on my foot that will leave my nail damage.This is not that. Instead of having me go in and talk about other options again they did not provide me with any more help.
That doctor is amazing.It was fast.It was effective.My children love her this stuff went about and beyond.Two schedule me at the last minute.Thank you.
She couldn't care less, was very unprofessional, and seems unknowledgeable. I’m completely speechless about my experience. Highly do not recommend.
Please read all the negative comments as they are definitely true!!!! If you value your health and time, run, don’t even walk—away from Dr. Jessica S. Chong. She was unprofessional, showed clear discrimination, she is not even knowledgeable at all. If you care about your health a little bit, shouldn't go there. Additionally, I took a day off to see her and got nothing—my time was completely wasted. I strongly advise seeking care elsewhere.
Today was my second visit at this Drs office and it was very disappointing. I don’t think I have ever been treated with such little regards. My first time about 6 mo ago I went from a referral from my primary Dr. for a bad callous causing a lot of pain. The doctor was very friendly and chatty even. She took care of the callous and wanted me to have a follow up appointment not sure why.
