I had waited months for this appointment, only to be turned away in a highly inflexible and discourteous manner. I arrived 7 minutes late to my very first appointment with Dr. Jessica Rolles, only to be told I wouldn’t be seen. It took an additional 3 minutes to check me in—pushing me past their policy cutoff. Given I had arrived within the policy, multiple front desk staff tried to work with Dr. Rolles to get me seen however she personally chose to refuse care. As a retired RN, I found another provider for my spouse and myself. She was not thorough and I felt we were not heard. Her assessment delayed two urgent referrals, a colonoscopy and neuro, the latter involving a debilitating and significant dx. If one isn't going to listen to the pt, please do a careful chart review.
Dr. Rolles made me feel heard and supported, and took the anxiety out of my doctor's visit. So grateful to have her in my corner going forward.
