Dr Jessica Rivera, always has been very kind and patient with me, couple times went to see her because something got into my eye, like a piece of debris, she examined my eye until found the cause of my discomfort, also performed eye exams on several occasions to order my prescription glasses. Exam prices are fair, very affordable. The receptionist, Laura, may sound like she's not very nice and could sound rude but anyway my goal is to see my favorite Dr and nobody is going to ruin my consultation. Dr. Robles is a sweet lady but her assistant Laura is so disrespectful to the waiting customers she is totally not professional she has an attitude and her mannerisms feel unwelcoming and intimidating. My friends and I have been recommended to this place before but she never seems to be Able to accommodate us and always has us calling back with the same outcome from her. That’s why I give it a 1 star.
