Dr. Zarndt took good care of me.
Found a wonderful Dr (Jessica Zarndt) who listened to me about my back problem and showed me my X-rays and what was going on with it. She said we will try Physical Therapy first and see how it goes and if no change then we try Pain Management. She ordered that for me at home as my husband has Dementia and was so understanding and helpful for me at this time. I had my first session and it does help some so I’m hoping this will be what I need. Thank Dr. Zarndt.
All went smoothly. Dr. Zarndt was great. Very attentive and informative. Cortisone shot is already helping my shoulder.
The doctor was very nice. And she seemed very knowledgeable The complaint I have is that I was in pain. When I got there, she said that she was prescribing 2 medications, they never reached my pharmacy. I did call twice before the office closed. And also left a message in the portal. So since this was a Friday over the weekend I have been in excruciating pain with no relief because my prescription was never sent to my pharmacy. I don't know who dropped the ball on, not sending the prescription to the CVS but this is unaccept... read more
