Everyone was very kind and helpful
Appointment for a finger issue. I tell the assistant the issue, she tells me she’ll be right back...never saw she again. Moments later the office manager (or someone in an authoritative position enters to tell me Zarndt “does not work with infections”….it was nothing more than Paronychia, a cuticle infection w/swelling. I’m well aware this is an orthopedic facility, as I’ve had numerous procedures through very many years at DOC, from Troy Watson/Lawrence Huff/Thomas Dunn. Extremely knowledgeable
This was my first visit to this branch of Desert Orthopaedic, and Dr Zarndt did a great job explaining my sore shoulder and taking good care of me! She has great "bedside manner" and while I hope I don't need to revisit, if I do I know I'll be in good, caring hands.
