David Clark is a total scum bag. I paid him a large cash retainer and then he refused to return my phone calls and emails for weeks on end. Every time I called his office the secretary would just tell me he wasnt there. He would not tell me what was happening to my case and when I finally hired another attorney I found out he never even filed with the court to represent me months later!!!!
