I have a fear of doctors - all doctors. Dr. Stein has a wonderful way of calming that fear and getting me to share my issues. She is efficient, organized, compassionate, and takes the time needed to get answers. In addition, she is forgiving when I fail to follow up on her recommendations promptly and motivates me to keep going.
I waited to see this doctor for months and I was running 15 minutes late an try to call and no body answer the phone Got there and I miss the appointment Very disappointed I will Never come back And give 1 star because is not -
I found Dr. Stein to be a caring doctor. She listens to you and is not dismissive like so many other doctors. I have recommended her to a few friends and we all agree that she is great!
She is very nice. But the practice seems to be a mess. Unbelievably unresponsive. Been waiting over a week for a call back about a prescription. I will be looking for a new doctor
I have been a patient of Dr. Stein for a few years now and my experience has always been positive. I have been getting sound medical advice and any questions, both medical or regarding lifestyle, are always answered honestly and I find them very helpful. I'm an avid user of the MyNuvance messaging platform and I find my questions and/or needs (prescription, course of action) are always met in a timely manner.
