My husband and I have been patients for 16 years. We were so pleased in the beginning but since Covid we feel we are victims of neglect. It’s nearly impossible to get through to the doctor because of the way staff has been programmed to screen calls. PMA is making a serious effort to keep patients safe, but their check-in procedure and signage is confusing. I got a call in advance to let me know I should call a certain number from the parking lot 15 minutes before my appointment. I did. The person asked me if they should call or text me once the room was sanitized and I could enter the bdlg. Great. I said text. Then I got a text that said Welcome to PMA, etc. Hmmmm. Always a pleasure in dealing with office staff as well as Dr. Schoonmaker. Great experiance with my first telehealth visit, I hgihly recommend PMA for all your needs.
From the check in staff to the lab personnel, professional and courteous. I’ve had Dr. Schoonmaker for over ten years and her level of professionalism is beyond compare! I trust her and if she ever left Pentucket Medical, I would follow her, she’s that good!
