Went in for an incredibly embarrassing reason. This doctor proceeded to make fun of me for googling my affliction, told me there was nothing she could do, and refused to send a compounded prescription to ANY pharmacy. Why does she look so annoyed to be at work? A few months later I called in with incredible mental distress and my heart beating 100mph. I wanted my thyroid checked. Lucchesi started out as a great provider... She would listen and was able to support me in a tough time trying to figure out medications. In the last year and a half I have had several visits that I left unhappy. She has brushed aside several concerns that I have had and one that my mom noticed was going on while I was visiting home, which I do not do often. This NP had no table side manners what so ever. She blasted though the door and said we have a problem. No introduction or saying hi, just i can't refill your prescription because this is not what it intended for. Didn't ask any questions or ask the reason I take. It was a a complete waste of time and money.
