Saw Jessica Keys because of a severe cough and congestion. My wait wasn’t very long. She was very thorough with her examination, explained what was my problem then asked me if I had any questions for her. She prescribed medications that I needed and I have greatly improved. She always does a great job. I would not hesitate to see her for any future issues that I may have.
Everyone was exceptionally professional. Jessica was a pleasure. Highly recommend.
Little aggressive with exam, not good at communication, didn't see Dr. Pennington when I was under the impression that I was there to follow up with him after seeing him in person and he specifically said to see him not the P.A. or other person. Felt the appointment was very rushed. Other employees very nice otherwise.
I would give her 100 stars if I could! Jessica is the best! She is knowledgeable and thorough with kindness and compassion. I highly recommend her!!
