My family has seen Jessica for many years. My uncle actually just passed away, Donnie Willis. But he thought the world of her. And he and my mother in law kept nonstop telling my husband and I to please get in with her because we have needed a primary care for years. My husband is a paramedic and works EMS in Madison Co. Dr. Pennington has been my doctor since I was probably 13 ish years old (I'm 34 now!) as well as treating my parents. And for good reason :) She is kind, caring, listens to your concerns and never dismisses you.
I have been sick for awhile, not knowing what is wrong with me. I Felt ignored by other Drs and blowed off. Dr. Pennington listened to me and figured out what was wrong. The office staff was very nice and attentive as well. I highly recommend, and I usually avoid Doctors. I can not say enough, how pleased I am.
Been going here a couple months. I have never been so happy with a doctor. She listens to everything I have to say and makes sure all my questions are answered. I am in and out in 30 minutes. So no long wait times. It is super easy to make appointments. And they called me the next day with my lab results. I've always had to call a doctor to get them. Everyone in the office is so nice and professional. Would highly recommend Doctor Pennington to anyone!
