My son had two surgeries for the placement of a Responsive Neurostimulator, in December 2023, which Jessica was a major participant along with the doctor/surgeon. Jessica was a huge source of encouragement trough the process, a great resource of information and her patient/family rapport was beyond measure. Although she is very busy she never made us feel rushed and always asked if there was anything further she could do for us.
