I was running late to my appointment and was unable to get through to call and let the office know due to driving and their phone system. Upon arrival I was 18 minutes late and the office has a 15 minute grace period. After pleading with the front desk, they would not allow me to keep my appointment. This type of inflexibilty was shocking. I was also told that they do not call patients to reschedule if running late because that is the patient responsibility. Dr Ngo is the most kind and compassionate Dr I have seen. She takes time to listen to you and don’t rush through your visit. I would 100% recommend her to anyone who needs a primary care physician! She is just the Best!
